Scott B. What the heck?
My punk band was nearly named, Scott Baio's Mayo.
Considering not only the pose but the title font is similar, there can be absolutely no doubt that either MJ or someone in his organization saw the SB album cover, and liked what they saw. Of course, as it always happens, everyone remembers the MJ album—while the SB album is relegated to thrift store bins.
Sorry dude. Love your channel, but I could not give a single fuck about either one of those albums. I would rather rip my ears off and throw them in the river before I had to listen to even one second of either album.
I'm pretty sure that cover pose was common to do at the time, it's just that MJ's album became a global hit that people began to associate the pose with him.

Album covers mean nothing if the music is crappy.
Many people used this pose. Nobody was copying Scott Baio. Please.🙄
