I just want to start out by stating that I am all for people being a first amendment auditors. This was just trying to bait the police and start something. The gun was never pointed at the guy filming. Drawing a gun when someone is just staring at you without reacting and then reaching to the small of their back where people often conceal a weapon is not that unreasonable. Especially when you factor in that the cop backed away and re-holstered his gun as soon as he could tell that there was not a threat. The cop didn't put the guy into cuffs and left after he could tell that the guy was just trying to be a dick hoping for a lawsuit. The cop was just responding to a suspicious person's call to a person who was either going out of their way to be suspicious or has mental problems.
The ONLY PROTECTION BLACK PEOPLE have in America 🇺🇸 is The Camera 📷. That's why Racist individuals like The Police Depts all over America, become very Violent and Afraid when a black person is recording them. It's like a GUN 🔫 to White Racist Bigots. That sheriff is an ignorant IDIOT and committed a breach of police policy let alone a crime for brandishing his firearm for no lawful reason. He should be fired! Irrational paranoia doesn't justify drawing a firearm on a citizen simply exercising their rights.
There is no legal reason to pull a weapon in this video. This means that the criminal committed assault with a deadly weapon. The video guy would have every right to shoot the criminal with a tin badge.
