I believe that since your hp regenerates only when demo is shooting I’m thinking that either you control demos and bf at the same time pressing a certain button to shoot when grunts are on the screen as you press the arrow to stop yourself from dying or it’s just gonna be praying as your hp just won’t regen until he starts shooting
So I went through the missing animation and he misses because his cigarette burns his hand and he loses it

I don't know if this was intentional or not but I feel like noting something so in this you only heal when Deimos kills a member of the AAHW and in madness project nexus 2 you are told to be aggressive because your heal timer increases the more hits you land this also seems to be the same truck from the beginning of the story mode tho probably not intentional but maybe
