DEATH VALLEY HWY 190 REOPENS AFTER the FLOOD 2022 | Drive into Furnace Creek MORNING it opens!

Death Valley REOPENS! Drive HWY 190, from Death Valley Junction & HWY 127 into the National Park on the newly cleared off roads from the FLOOD of 2022. YES this is a video of the driving of Highway 190 into Furnace Creek. Just the road mainly, and the hum of the car. Don’t go anywhere if this is not your bag.

Saturday morning, August 20, 2022, I hopped in my car and drove into Furnace Creek, Death Valley. I filmed a VLOG that I will be posting in a day or two, so SUBSCRIBE & set those bells to whistle when I post!

  1. Thanks for the ride! Daylight Pass & Beatty Cutoff won't be fixed for quite some time, so I won't be taking this route to Pahrump anytime soon. I had been using this to bypass the weekday roadwork delays on Hwy 95. So now I only go on weekends when there is no work being done. I got to Pahrump yesterday morning just as you were starting this video.

  2. This makes me want one of those secret "sport model S4 reversed engineered shadow government/military industrial made air and space craft" so I can cover distances like these in a flash. I don't want much. Those trees sure looked happy at The Junction.

  4. No matter how many times you’ve been there, that first glimpse of Death Valley always takes your breath away! (Your mood ring is on a good color!)
I notice a little whining noise from your car as your speed increases, did that happen as a result of the off road tires?

  5. We've been wondering how the drive into DV looks now. Thanks so much! We are definitely interested in seeing your other ride along videos to the Basin and Dante's View. Safe travels!!

  6. I knew something was familiar about the drive, but then it hit me when you rolled into Furnace Creek, that’s the same route I took the first time I ever went to Death Valley in 1991!
