Death of South Carolina Pastor's Wife Ruled a Suicide: Cops

Mourners attend a beach memorial in honor of a pastor’s wife as questions lingered over the circumstances of Mica Miller‘s passing. However, cops later confirmed that the 30-year-old pastor’s wife took her own life. Mica was the women’s ministry leader at the Solid Rock Church in South Carolina. She was also married to the church pastor, John-Paul Miller. Police revealed that Mica called 911 to say she was going to kill herself.

  1. This is just to fishy for me who's to say that wasn't prerecorded or who is to say she didn't have a gun to her head to say that or was threatened to buy the gun what if the gun she brought was for her protection get the phone records to see her moves that day

  2. If she did kill herself. The only reason he would be so comfortable saying she did is because in his mind, he doesn't have to worry about the divorce or anything legal or her anymore. Which is still horrible, but not a crime.

  3. To the people saying that it’s weird for him to announce that to the church:

He’s the pastor of the church, everyone there knows him and his wife. And since it’s a community of people, usually when something bad happens, they let each other know. Would you not want to tell your wider-family or friends about what happened to one of your friend or family members?

  4. The fact he still has a following… he couldn’t save his spouse (from suicide). That’s not someone I want leading my congregation. He failed as a husband and leader.
