Dalvin Cook is a outside zone RB. He eould also be a role RB with the Patriots, dividing his reps with Rhamondre Stevenson and Ty Montgomery. You don't pay Cook starting bellcow RB money to be a role player RB.
1. Trade for OT Jonah Williams.
2. Cut WR Kendrick Bourne or DeVante Parker and sign WR DeAndre Hopkins.

No way Hopkins is going to the Pats. Apparently he has an offer from them, but why hasn’t the number come out? It would never come out from the Patriots, so this means Hopkins doesn’t want teams to know it was a low offer. Made a big deal about this visit and probably got offered $8M.
