Twitchers got a massive upgrade in the remake
Gald most of them kept their original design and enhanced in the best way possible, biggest winners are Twitchers, The Hunter, and The Slug.
My friend played the game and I watched. Details like Isaac looking over holographic panel in 0:50 is so good. Damn, these devs really put thier heart and soul into this one. Bless you guys and keep going, you're doing a God's work 🙏❤️

Why the fuck did they change Hammond's death? And they completely changed the Contact beam. Fuck this. See shit like this is why I don't trust remakes.
While it's great to see how good the game is, it pains me to remember that the guys who made it possible failed at trying to make a different horror experience. Dead space just had this extremely successful formula, and trying to stray only enough from it already left them in a situation where they couldn't invoke nearly as much tension.
5:48 they nerfed his scary, sounds less scary than in the original.
