Everyone is saying their update was around 14gb…on Playstation the update was only 4.5gb, i already had the gold edition though, dont know if that makes a difference because i had certain files already installed
dude my timing is so perfect i just saw dead island 2 on my windows page and i wanted to play and i was updating just now and a dlc just came.

I played it and “beat” it in like 3 hours. I need like 5 or so collectables. Its a pretty ok DLC, the new two zombie types, fantastic! Weapons, pretty damn good. And like the lore and hints to banoi in this ine was good, and the girl with the teddy bear from the first one being killed off in this one was heart breaking 💔 but my gripes with it was that one the xbox series x my game was going like 20 frames at the boss battle at the end it was sooooo laggy. And the whole thing of not knowing whats going on cliffhanger is getting old in all media.
No chainsaw in the newest dlc 😔.

I did Sola on Masochist mode and I died more times here than in the whole main game and other side quests.
The Clotter boss fights are a painnnn but this expansion pack was so fun I spent 10 hours on it

I'm glad to see someone else thoroughly enjoying the game as much as I have! I really liked the original Dead Island but it was such a buggy mess that it was hard to play through and not get frustrated. I've been absolutely LOVING Dead Island 2 and think they've done such an amazing job with it. The story is great, the graphics are beautiful and it's an awesome zombie slashing gore-fest! What's not to like?! They've really been adding a nice amount of extra game play and dynamic story with all the DLC as well. It's also been equally challenging and not boring combat which is so much more rewarding to get through. I love all of the hordes of madness they throw out at you, and the new zombies are something I definitely didn't expect but was so pleasantly surprised to see. Honestly one of my favorite game releases in a long time – there's so much zombie content out there and they still managed to give it a new spin. I absolutely love being a hybrid and need to experiment with more autophage slayer skill cards soon too!
