D8 & D9 THC-O-acetate has been recently named by the DEA As controlled substances and are not considered to meet the qualifications to be classified as hemp derived products the dea being quoted as saying these compounds- “do not occur naturally in the cannabis plant and can only be obtained synthetically, and therefore do not fall under the definition of hemp.”
