My personal favorite Tank Meta is/was Orisa/Hog. Halt hook is beautiful if executed properly.

D.Va has been awesome for me in OW2. Granted I have over 200 hours on her and she’s the entire reason I’ve always been 3400-3600 on tank. But for the most part her mobility, added armor and matrix have been great.

Orisa/Hog was absolutely my favorite team comp! I liked it so much I didn't even mind playing DF into it lol

My favorite comp is mirror double shield
really like the latest dva buff. on the first beta i often times just found myself hiding around a corner until im full hp and have all cooldowns, peak for half a second use all my cooldowns and hope someone of the enemy team falls over.
The buff aint much, but somehow its enough to make her playable again.

My favorite meta is definitely GOATS. I know dps players complain about it a lot but there are actually a lot of microplays that determine a team fight. Just sad how tanks are left the way they are in the nerfed state after GOATS died out, because blizzard decided that tanks were the problem instead of brig :<
Winston / D.va or Winston / Ball Dive is my absolute favorite to play even if it isn't reasonable
It's not so much a meta, but the duo of JQ and Brig when you actually work together, that's so fun for both of you, it's like you have two off tanks.
