the rage militech is op too
a really strong cyberware interaction was found recently with the help of zkarma, if you equip the immoveable force cyberware for the hands it might seem like a pretty steep capacity cost at first for mostly a recoil reduction but since it also permanently applies effects from shooting behind cover you can select the unexposed perk in the bottom of the cool tree to gain a permanent 20% mitigation chance. and the more you play in 2.0 the more you realize that mitigation is way better than armor.
might not be worth it for every build especially melee or netrunner builds but man is it powerful for a weapon focused build where you also benefit from the recoil reduction
