One of the hottest New York City restaurants is Carbone. Celebrities flock to this super hard to reserve restaurant. I was lucky to get a lunch reservation and I ate like a king. They started me off with complimentary mozzarella cheese, garlic bread and salami. Nothing beats free snacks except the crudo, scallops, spicy rigatoni and rainbow cookies I also gobbled down. Incredible meal. One of over 30 restaurants I visited on my NYC trip.
