These videos are meant to be educational but also funny, so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

0:00 Intro
0:05 Chevrolet Suburban. The customer will need a new spindle, hub assembly, cv axle, ball joints, outer tie rod end, brake hose, and brakes as the fire damaged them.
0:20 This kind of metal stake is often used for construction or concrete work, so it must have fallen off a truck and the customer over it. Luckily nobody was hurt!
0:31 When the tire blew out it took out the back window as well as shown, also some wiring to the tail light.
0:41 You should never have 2 spacers on top of each other as a lift kit, let alone 3! Very dangerous and should be replaced with one single bigger spacer or just added leaf springs.
0:54 The technician said this was most likely caused by the customer not using the correct socket to install the spark plugs (most likely used a chrome socket), which sometimes prevents you from tightening the spark plug all the way.
1:04 Intercooler pipe is smashed up and the same with the exhaust pipe. The customer most likely ran over something and is now trying to blame the shop. Aftermarket exhaust was also rubbing against the fuel tank.
1:23 Fake plastic turbo. The mechanics had a good laugh when they say this on a customer’s vehicle.
1:31 Ford E-350. The technician replaced the fuel rail. He also mentioned he’s never seen such a small pinhole like this on a fuel rail or any kind of fuel leak this small before.
1:40 The shop said: “It was originally a Rough Country 6” lift kit. Someone told the customer they could make it a 10” lift with some modifications and to trust them, they know what they are doing. As we can see they had no clue and turned it into a death trap.
We currently are working with the customer and have him quoted on a Cognito 10” lift to make this safe and reliable rig.”
1:54 Technician drained out transmission fluid and cleaned washer fluid reservoir. He’s unsure why the customer kept adding transmission fluid to it.
2:02 Customer will need a whole new lower control arm assembly and was advised to stop driving on a bald spare tire as well.
2:13 The mechanic was unsure why they just wouldn’t replace the battery instead of doing this. I believe the battery is in the wheel well on this model so it’s a pain to change but would be a lot safer to drive around in.
2:25 Battery cable was replaced.
2:35 The mechanic said he had no clue why the tires had the brand name ground off. Also, the inside of the tires had the name ground off.
2:46 Vehicle needed new lower control arms, brake caliper, new rotors, pads, and a p/s leak replaced. No mention of anything besides the p/s leak.
3:00 1970 Dodge Challenger A66 340
3:09 Outro. Thanks for watching!

  1. Guy I worked with said "I did my plugs this weekend and on way to work heard a pop!"
Opened the hood and the plug was hanging by the wire! He must not have torqued it down or maybe just put that one finger tight, it tore out the last few threads on its way out! We went to part store and got a plug and he crammed it in there with a few less threads holding it in lol 😂 it held surprisingly with enough torque on it! Could see where the plug hit the hood when it got launched on compression stroke!

  2. It's hard to understand the person with the battery in the passanger side. If you can hook it up all the way there; why not put it in its spot which is much easier???????

  3. Scary how people ignore problems on their cars until it totally craps out!!

Love the 70 Dodge Challenger 340 small block… A66 was a special package all the R/T stuff but Dodge only wanted R/T to be Big Blocks thus the 340 A66 package not an R/T…1971 they made the 340 an option on the R/T as smog regulations etc were stricter, then 72-74 small blocks only,sad..sad times like today cars going dystopian electric extremely sad!

  4. The last car was very nice, but it made me have a bad thought. If the owner doesn't get that piece of awesome back to their garage, someone like the idiots in this video might send it to the scrap yard because of their suspension giving out. And THAT would be a very bad day.

  5. I had a set of junk Michelin tires come apart and cause nearly $9,000 worth of damage. I called Michelin, after they told me they have the best tires. They denied any responsible. The tire was still inflated, all the tread was missing. At 70% the tire came apart. Best tires 😂 mabey in your corporate memo. But not in the real world. Cooper tire has you beat 100 × over. #Michelintirequalitylies

  6. Simple. Don't buy lifted trucks, and don't lift your truck.

There never has been, and never will be a good excuse to lift a pick up truck. Every single one I've bought never drove straight or smooth. Even trucks with just a 2 inch suspension lift.

Unless you want people to think you have teeth implants, then don't lift your truck.

  7. Do you have an annual mandatory safety check, like an MOT or TüV? I do like the videos, but here (NL) they pull your registration untill roadworthy again, and accidents due to technical defects are very, very rare indeed.

  8. 0:18 Yikes…! That reminds me of a similar incident I had 4-1/2 years ago: My left-rear wheel bearing suddenly started grumbling, then grinding, then smoking, all on a highway at highway speed. After I stopped to let it cool off, it took me a good two hours to limp the car back home, not daring to go above 10 mph, and pulling over when I saw traffic coming up behind me. Thankfully, the bearing was the only thing that suffered damage; the axle and the housing were still in usable shape, and pressing in a new bearing cured the problem. I'm still not sure what caused that bearing to fail, but I suspected a slight misalignment of the rear axle, which I put in extra effort to recheck and adjust during the repair. That failure has not repeated itself since.

  9. Is it just me, or do people these days take better care of their phones than they do their cars? Think about it…they willingly drive vehicles where the suspension, steering, brakes etc are merely suggestions. But they have the newest (insert brand here) phone that cost well over $1,000 in a case, and screen protector, that rarely leaves their hands. If they drop said phone, it gets a little crack and they're off to get it fixed or replaced. Meanwhile their car is unsafe at best.

  10. My sister had a car that was, "leaking something," but she claimed she never had the time or money to have it checked. (I'll do it later syndrome.)
One day it stalls on her at a traffic light. She's trying to get it started again when a guy yanked open her door yelling, "Get out! Your car's on fire !"
She wasn't hurt. Car was destroyed. Worst part was it was a factory recall and it would have been fixed for free.
