Curacao vs Hawaii | LLWS Championship Game | 2022 Little League World Series Highlights

Curacao and Hawaii played in the 2022 Little League World Series Championship Game!

Covering sports in a unique way since 2018.

If you’re looking for a place that can educate you with commentary on top of high quality edits, this is the place for you! I’ve covered Baseball (MLB, NCAA, LLWS), Football (NFL, NCAA), Basketball (NBA, NCAA), Hockey (NHL), Softball (NCAA), and much more!

I make my videos on the HP Spectre x360. I use Adobe Premiere Rush to edit, which allows me to commentate and efficiently splice up clips in a high quality way.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I started making them with team logos on the left, and a game snapshot on the right, and I’ve gotten almost all of my video views with that style.

I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

  1. Congrats to the little guys, good job guys! Enjoy your well deserved 13-3 win. Savor the memories that hopefully will land some of you in MLB, maybe even one day the HOF in Cooperstown NY. 😊

  2. I don't have a favorite team in the LLWS. Seeing these young men play at such a high caliber of athleticism and sportsmanship is really awesome to see. Baseball programs from all around the world and keeping this sport alive is just as awesome! Congratulations to Hawai'i for earning the US and World title, and to Curaçao on the International title!

  3. I’m always happy when the US and Curaçao play. They are the only two countries that really play fair. Well Canana and Germany as well but they are never in contention. The US and Canada are the only two countries that choose their representative they way they are supposed to. As in the best Little League All Star team is their representative. Not their countries All Star team. Not even a region or a state or even a city. But simply the best 11-12 year olds from any given Little League that simply win their way all the way to this point. Most of the other countries are basically compiling their countries All Star team. For Curaçao it doesn’t matter because their country is so small it’s fair anyway. And Germany because their representative is basically whichever US military base has the best team. Japan and Tawain. The other traditional powerhouses. They say they don’t do that anymore but it’s no coincidence the same damn Little League represents them year after year. That’s basically their countries All Star team. Not exactly but suffice to say they lack one team and that team is the one that is expected and usually does represent them. And South American countries. Well they haven’t been great lately but back when they were you couldn’t trust they were playing kids the right age. Back when we lost to Venezuela in 94 everyone said half the team had beards. Anyway, I want the US to win but Curaçao is a decent second choice. Plus I admire their baseball traditions in general. TINY country that has proportionally sent more guys to the major leagues than any other country even though they only really started sending guys in like the 70s / 80s.

I can just imagine what my dad would say if that was me. Happy I cleared the bases. Exasperated I got my dumb ass thrown out at third… I never actually did so that but I almost did once. I basically did almost the exact same thing. Bases clearing double I tried to stretch into a triple and I should have been out but they third baseman dropped the ball or something. I found out that day that one of my dads great pet peeves is getting thrown out at third. He jumped up in the stands and screamed something like, “What are you doing?!” Before kind of looking around and then clapping, “Nice hit, nice hit…” lol

  5. Some of those Hawaiian batters are going to have to back up off the plate a little bit as they get to higher levels of baseball. Shit flies in Little League but I foresee some chin music in their immediate futures… lol

  6. I think there should be an investigation on this team from Hawaii. I think half of them had facial hair and were too complete as players and very big. Cheating? No one pays attention to this event anymore.
