27 year old Timmy Henley was gunned down outside a apartment by Westminster Police officers Louis Engleberg & Chris Hempleman on September 4th 2018. He was unarmed but they claim he had a knife although the knife was found inside the apartment. There were 15 rounds fired with 11 hitting Timmy and the majority of those 11 shots hit Timmy after he collapsed to the ground. There were also 3 unspent rounds found at the scene which is odd. There is so much more to this story that Big Sis and I will get into on panel at a later date. Of course we run into some rude ladies behind the glass, a rude Traffic Investigator and the condescending Sergeant R. DeHerrera who was 3rd on the scene for Timmys murder. This police department is a disgrace and there are more murders by this department we will be covering.
Point of correction: There was no body cam footage of this shooting. Westminster has never had body cams or dash cams. It was from discovery.

A loss of life is always a terrible thing! There are things that should've been done different and there'd be a much better outcome.
I looked up the news article that is available and the main person addressing the staff earlier mentioned that there was body camera footage showing the encounter. The articles I've seen all tell that Timmy was shot 11 times. Details are very important and should always remain constant. During this video I've heard that Timmy was shot 11 times of 15 shots. While speaking to the officers who came to the complaint the shots changed to 18 times. It's mentioned that body cam shows he was armed with a knife and the body came shows most of the fired shots are after Timmy had hit the ground. That changed to them saying he was unarmed! I'm not even half way through this and the lack of consistency really just makes me feel like you're not sincere in the defense of this violent crime! That or you just don't really care and it's just another story to use so you can film the station and see what content can be made.
Look I get it… the staff there was rude to a point but responding even more with it just helps inflame the conflict. I hope ya'll really take care and have a some good outcomes of these.
