In this panel discussion, Mike (Stargaze), Sitla (OmniFlix), Jehan (Informal Systems) discussed the case for NFTs in Cosmos. They highlighted the unique nature of NFTs and why NFT in Cosmos was under-explored and under-appreciated. They also talked about the ongoing Game of NFTs hackathon and the shared security feature of Cosmos. Stargaze also shared about their current developments like Infinity pool, ICS-721 UI and NFT transfer from Ethereum to Cosmos through Gravity Bridge. Both Omniflix and Stargaze are considering using ICS. They also shared why an NFT project should launch in Cosmos and some examples of onboarding real-world assets into NFTs.
