  1. She does not have to help them with their investigation while sitting in a car on her own property. The other people did not say she threatened them. So why even call them period. Next the cops had no reason to pull her from her car. As she does not have to comply with them while on her own property, No she did not try to run one of them over. They had no right to even touch her in the first place. All I can say is wow.

  2. The way I see it is she is a screw loose and arned with a knife and refusing to comply or cooperate with police and fleeing from police. A split second decision for a cop is all he has sometimes to determine if he goes home that night or not. She made all the wrong choices.

  4. More cop escalated drama. That confiscated knife does not match the description of the knife seen on the Ring video. I've seen picture of suspect ramming police cars and this women was clearly running away from overzealous trigger-happy cops that were trying to kill her. Anybody would have run.

  5. As for the shooting, the cop was obviously able to stay out of the way of the vehicle. There's no need to shoot her.

As for the suspect, she definitely should be arrested. Brandishing a deadly weapon on another's private property and going into their gated backyard without permission is a big no-no.

The suspect needs to be evaluated for mental health issues as well.

  6. I didn't hear any probable cause or even RAS from any of the cops prior to her leaving. All I heard were a bunch of "commands". What does case law say about a free American being shot for leaving what, up to that point, amounts to consensual contact? Without RAS, that is, a public declaration by law enforcement that they DO, in fact, have the right to detain an individual, OBJECTIVELY, the "Wilfulness standard" on the part of the person breaking contact cannot be met. Period. "commands" from "law enforcement" (as from ANY government agent) only have force of law when backed by procedural and substantive due process. Otherwise they are unconstitutional and therefore unlawful.

  7. Take a look at 9:22. First, she starts backing up. Then she drives forward and makes a right turn around the tree, where one officer is running. For a moment, it looks like she’s driving right at him. That’s probably when they started firing. This one isn’t so clear cut.

  8. Ok now you and I both shot so here my question. Would you ever fire a gun in a residential area for this? Now maybe I'm wrong but it looks like a area that children might live in. Second question when you hear about drive bye it's unfortunately because someone got shot.nomamally a child .What's the difference? Last thing I want you to think about I'm a independent party member. It's obvious on the constitutionalist because I watch your show. But don't you believe that Democrats hypocrite who hate guns just agreed to spend 866 billion dollars on weapons. Can you make sense out of that.

  9. "Officers located two large kitchen knives IN HER RESIDENCE which matched the description…."
That's the evidence that clinched it for me. Imagine she had two of these knives – obviously an experienced killer to have a primary weapon and a backup too…
FFS I hope no one near me is attacked with a kitchen knife because I've probably got a dozen that will convict me! /s

  10. I'm curious to know if the cops had the right to forcefully remove her from her vehicle while it was parked in her driveway? Seems like they immediately started out violating her rights and then escalated to attempting to murder her.
