  1. I find it fascinating how many people in the comments are only talking about the evils of the police officer. The so-called auditor, while wasn't doing anything illegal, was being something of an absolute Karen. He was only there to cause trouble and get a rise out of people, and then when the police inevitably took the bait, to try and get free money in a lawsuit. Absolutely parasitic. Not to mention if the lawsuit was actually won, it'd likely be taxpayer money, so even more so a literal parasite.

  2. Yeah, they let him resign so that he can grab work elsewhere and not lose his pension. Its the blue line shuffle. It happens all the time. Unless they're charged with a crime and actually sent to jail, all the cops you see 'fired' or 'resigned' end up working elsewhere until they can retire. Like the two that killed the guy for pulling his pants up in vegas. One got work again elsewhere in the state almost immediately after while the other was allowed to retire with full pension and benefits.

  3. The auditor was not very calm or respectful towards the officers. I don’t believe that’s how an officer who is trying to help you and understand the situation should be talked to. It’s understandable that he’s upset about the guy grabbing his phone, but why act like a fool to the officers? Like “I know so much more than you and I can prove it” attitude. I’ve seen so many better audits where even when the auditor is being threatened with arrest, they are calm and try to de-escalate the situation.

  4. Hey my friend, what I can't figure out is why were you there filming to start with? Did you or a relative use to work there? I think if I had been filming and they came out and harassed me, I would have left and checked in at the police station to see just how far they or I could legally go and still be within the law. No filming is worth getting hurt over but I'm glad you're ok

  5. This is the first video I've seen where everyone in the comments is talking about " Auditors" what does this mean? was this a mock scenario set up to test the police offices? Like a mystery shopper in a retail store?

  6. We need actual independent people like this Channel to grade police. Getting an F should mean punishment. Jail for the cop that attacked him, and some sort of punishment for his superiors that allowed a jackass like that to roam around with a gun and badge

  7. As much as I think auditors are a big pain in the ass, how in the fuck are they taking this bait, over and over and over again? We had some auditors in my city not too long ago. They stood on the public sidewalk, and filmed inside the bank through the windows. Yeah, I get it's your right to do so, however it doesn't make you any less of a douche bag for freaking the employees of a bank out. The cops showed up and did everything right. And the "auditors" were jerks the whole time. They were there for one reason, and one reason only. To push buttons.

  8. Freedom of speech doesn't protect you from the consequences of your speech. You are legally allowed to say whatever you want, but if it causes some problem with the law then you can still be arrested

  9. This is why your US laws are beyond fucked up bro.

A guy walks onto a business's property, regardless, if the owners doesn't want him there, HE SHOULD LEAVE.
They asked him to leave, he refused, they told him to leave, he threatened them.
So he came onto their grounds, unwanted, and when asked to leave, wields a weapon….but nah, everyone should just let that happen.

This is the type of person that if he owned a gun, he would be walking 24/7 looking for the opportunities to legally kill someone.

  10. he was likely asked to resign so the department doesn't have to pay unemployment if they fired him they would pay his unemployment costs and of course the department likely told him if he resigned he could get another job in law enforcement if he was fired he would most likely not get another job in law enforcement and i use the term "law enforcement" loosely considering by the evidence that what was enforced was not the law but rather unjustified abuse of perceived power by the cop and he should be arrested for assault and wrongful imprisonment, further the crime of destroying evidence is punishable with a prison sentence … it seems that favoritism is being exercised here in the cops behalf. if the young man filming were to be found to have destroyed evidence he would have likely been charged by the PA why the cop hasn't been is very strange and should be looked into

  11. Camera-dude is an idiot. The way he spoke with the sherif who was simply attempting to keep things reasonable was unnecessary and immediately showed him to be a passive aggressive jerk.

  12. The police love to biasly arrest the people who've been called on.

No questions, no thought process articulation, just arrest the suspect. Has to be guilty because he didn't dial 911 first. Want to get off on a crime, be the first to dial 911
