This build is really big swearing and throwing tools I know your feeling hahah. I done the excalty same work when I had my GU never never again now it's someone else probably I love my old 60 series haha. What's your goal with all when it's finished doing extrem tracks or doing what dan kistler does winch challenge?
To save me watching another you tuber commercial for superior do you mention the cost of the gear and labour to fit it ??? My guess is not mentioned as it’s way to expensive for the average joe . Seems you have to be on you tube to get superior for free
With the ball joints after all the times ive fought to seperate them ive started copper anti seizing them and they no longer give me near as much trouble when i need to pull them apart.
I don't give a F#$% this is fast becoming one of the best…. Na F@#$ it, it is the best 4×4 channel currently on YouTube….absolute GOLD Timmy….I don't know how but it feels fresh it feels original over the rest…
Be really careful with diff brace to sump clearance … mine hit in the simpson and conrods hit sump nearly wearing right through before i got back to a major town.
Great work Timmy. Looking forward to seeing it all up and running! I feel your pain with the hours spent feeling like achieving nothing just to move onto the next step! Many times spent at home in my garage questioning why I don’t just pay someone as the frustration levels build 😂 going to be a good looking rig by the time we see the next vid 👍
Great vid Timmy. One thing mate and it's critical, please weld in long sleeves and long pants. I used to do exactly what you're doing when I was a young fella. Didn't care about the UV burns…till I was in my late 40s and told I've got skin cancer. Two surgeries so far. Please mate for your own good and every other young YouTuber, cover up your skin. Be smart. Cheers mate.
@timmyhasheart frothing the content and edit mate Little tip with patrols on hoist lift up and take out front coils, lower down and remove rear lifting arms, lift front of patrol only from behind gearbox crossmember. Chock rear wheels and strap hoist to chassis ✌️makes front suspension proper easy
Timmy love the vids, looking to fit the 2.5s , will you be doing a review of the lift/ shocks after the cars first trip? Curious wether you went with heavy or light valving
Tim, always an absolute pleasure to sit, relax and watch your Vlogs. 100% always a great pleasure to see your engineering and magician fixes. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent vid as always mate and as has been said you’re making killer content and it’s awesome to just see a dude in his shed having a crack but doing a good job of it. The internet is overrun with game “game changing” 70 series garden shed builds. It’s genuinely refreshing to see something different.
Great vid timmy you've really given a young blole like myself some banging ideas for whag i wanna do to my cars, and these vids are great informational wise too, learnt a heap of stuff from these great job!
Hey bro so you've had wagons and utes just wanna get a opinion which do you think is better I'm currently 18 but I'll eventually want a family you know so would it be worth getting a Ute has that's my dream car or a wagon i love them both just Utes take my heart is there any difference to maintaining it or rear setups or which one performs better in the tracks
Killer video I’ve been absolutely loving these it’s awesome having another tassie bloke who goes in depth about everything and really takes you through it all! Keep it up Timmy!!
Awesome video as always. Your work looks so clean. How’d you learn to weld?
