The beginning of the game was a bit rough for me. Learning my attacks, what I could and could not get away with took me a bit of time. There is not much room for error in this game and it only takes a couple of hits to die. Once I got the hang of the mechanics the enemies in the game feel far less threatening.
This section is basically a tutorial. The armour I gain is quite basic and introduces mechanics such as coloured armour and switches. Likewise the bosses’ here are quite simple. I did learn the game doesn’t autosave after defeating a boss, so that is something to watch out for.
