Woah. I had not heard that Jordan Peterson message. That’s really good. I’ll definitely check him out. On the Kaepernick situation not much I can say. I’m also an adoptee (with white parents) and my parents also didn’t want me to get cornrows. My dad (who’s in business) wasn’t thrilled and knew people might have bias or whatever but they were fine with it. Now this was in middle school and high school and I quickly realized I needed a more professional look. Long story short I don’t know what Kaepernicks deal is because nothing in what his parents said was “hold the man down”. Like Jake said “kids disagree with their parents all the time” lol.

Look at Georgia high school football star Elijah DeWitt. He’s dead and his parents are left to sue the mall where he was killed, claiming its owners ignored serious safety risks to their son’s ultimate detriment.
DeWitt, 18, was fatally shot on Oct. 5 outside a Dave & Buster’s in an attempted robbery outside the Sugarloaf Mills Malls in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
He saw a mall getting robbed and he thought he could reason with the criminals. Because he grew up listening to rap and music as a star athlete.
He’s now dead.
