3 pcs. Dried shiitake (hydrated)
1/4 cup Button mushrooms
1/4 cup Straw mushrooms
1/2 pc. White onion
1/4 cup Celery
80g. Chicken livers
80g. Shrimps
1 pack Seasoning granules
1/2 pc. Carrots
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Broccoli stem
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup Chayote

2 cups Vegetables stock
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
3 Tbsp. – Oyster sauce
3 Tbsp. Potato starch

2 cups Cabbage
1 cup Snow peas
Drizzle with sesame oil
Black pepper to taste

Garnish with fried garlic

(Chopsuey Vegetables)
1 cup Vegetable stock
1 pc. Chicken bouillon
500g. Blanched Egg Noodles
Black pepper and sesame oil to taste
(Top with chopsuey vegetables)

Garnish with quail eggs

(Chopsuey soup/Hototay)
8 cups Water
1 pc. Chicken Bouillon
100g. Pork, sliced
1/2 pc. Onion
1/4 cup Celery
1/2 pc. Carrots
1/2 cup Chayote
1/2 cup Cauliflower
