The latest ESPN 2023 NFL Mock Draft has been released by Matt Miller as he has the Chicago Bears drafting Ohio State WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba with the #2 overall pick. The 2023 NFL Draft order in this mock draft is based on ESPN’s FPI. Smith-Njigba would reunite with QB Justin Fields if this happened. The Bears could very likely be in the market for a WR in next year’s NFL Draft and who better than a former teammate of Fields? JSN had over 1,600 yards and 9 touchdowns last season. In other Chicago Bears news, David Montgomery hopped on WGN with Jarrett Payton, the son of Bears legend Walter Payton, and talked about his confidence for the upcoming NFL Season. Montgomery says he’s excited for the Bears to “dominate” and that the Bears are going to surprise some people this year.

That’s where I’ve felt like he’s grown is he’s communicating with me so well now, things that he’s feeling, things that he sees, and that part of it has just been tremendous, for a young guy to be able to do that. These three or four months that we’ve been together, it’s been a lot of fun.

That’s stupid. If that many QBs are going in the top 10. That means there a hot market for them. Teams will trade up to 1 or 2 to get the guy they want.

If tanking is the goal then why watch? They won’t be a bottom 5 team. And I don’t want them to be for draft reasons. And I want a receiver with One last name. I know there’s a great receiver not in the top 10 because I hope they trade back. And NO I don’t want an overpriced receiver but Mooney should be signed with a reasonable contract extension.

No way drafting a WR is smart.. No fucking way they pick that high.. Still would draft OLs, DT, DE , LB, before a top ten WR. You don’t need a WR1 .. All you need is a good team of receivers so you spread the ball around and not one receiver..Pass off!!!
