I honestly cant wait for the time when ETs make contact with us directly and the whole human life on earth will start to flourish for all or at least most. I am so happy to be alive at this time.
When she mentioned about being tired and/or sleepy after “download” data or info. It made me wonder about myself because as I, best example, listened to Kryon channel by Lee Carol, I had to stop watching before I fall asleep 😴 then I resumed. I thought it was all because Kryon’s voice is beautiful that lulls me to sleep. Now I did little experiments with breathing, when I start to fall asleep, I breathe deeper and I can feel myself waking up yet remain at theta level until I realize I stopped breathing and falling asleep again. I so much wanted to be open hearted about these possibilities, but after hearing things like ' genes being given to some species' etc, the meaning of 'channelling' becomes immediately obvious to whom that understands genes and species on earth. I hope these ideas do not hurt people but only give comfort when needed. Historically, beliefs did harm humanity.. Wish you all seekers the needed peace and love
