legend, need to get Heat 2 asap
one of the best crime films ever
Thanks for this. Heat is one of my favorites, a classic LA film noir. Great cast too.
One of my favorite films of all time. Like several movies in one.
This was a complex look into emotions.."he doesnt know whats gonna happen" sounds like the best takes can be the 1st or 3rd but rehearsing would take away from the realness in situations
Manhunter & The Insider are excellent films as well.
Best gun fight scene ever!
Just picked up the limited 4K steelbook 😎
Thief is another Michael Mann classic worth rewatching. RIP-James Caan.
One of my favorite film directors ever. The Last Of The Mohicans. Heat. Collateral.
Heat a top 10 all time classic. No doubt.
Fun fact;
Amy Brenneman character Eady, her house in the movie is the same house used for the Bosch series.
Heat is an American Epic that has stood the test of time as one of the greatest films ever made. Arguably, the best film of the 90s. Rich gets the best interviews.
Wait he doesn't mention that LA Takedown was made as a TV movie! Rich doesn't know Mann actually made a baby Heat movie. Look up the heist scene in LA Takedown
One of my favorite movies
Brilliant brilliant film in every way. Thank you Mr Mann
Heat and Collateral are his best movies
When are we getting Last of the Mohicans in 4K?
That Pacino thumbnail. Classic scene
You know a film is a modern gold standard when MULTIPLE crime films since released “borrow” from it, if not downright copy it .. even Mann himself mimicked his own work by the way in which he filmed certain parts of Public Enemies
