It’s not always easy to get the perfect shot when you’re shooting events, travel, documentaries, or lifestyle. Sometimes, the lighting just isn’t there. But we still want to get that shot, capture the moment, and make our clients happy.
In this Livestream, we’ll talk about how to control the dynamic range of your images. We’ll show you how to manage shadows, highlights, black-and-white levels, and everything in between. We’ll also cover some cool AI masking techniques and some manual ones.

Thanks
Sorry for the comparison, Dave, but testing both on this aspect, I got the feeling that LR recovers nearly 95% of the times more highlights than C1. Is there any explanation for this difference?
Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year David.
nice tuto. I find C1 NR weak compared to LRC, DXO pure raw, ON1 denoise, topaz AI denoise. Do you intend to work on AI denoise + sharpen ?

Happy holidays to the whole team at Capture One 🎄📸
How You could move sooo much those curves at 27:25 ? when i doing even half of that in my RAF files (Fuji RAW) whole picture is totaly unacpetable and filling paint to watch it. But on Your screen its looks quiet sattle changes. Then how its possible? Any special settings or what?
