  1. 2. That goalie interference call was BS. Garland got pushed into the goalie and he exited the crease immediately. Good on the Canucks for winning this game, well deserved.

Side note, don't expect the Canucks to carry any momentum into the next game, they will play a stinker for sure.

  3. This was some of the worst and most one sided refereeing I've seen in ages. Tom Chmielewski tried to hand the game to the Av's and we game back with a vengeance. Really proud of the boys tonight, that's what we love to see, keep it up!

  4. @mannix444.

Please cite EXACTLY what penalties taken by Van. were NOT legitimate? Where was the one-sided officiating?? Both teams got 5 PP’s. And please tell us how in the hell can you make that inane remark? You can’t, because your remarks are emotional opinions, sans facts.
The ONLY, bad calls were the Makar NOT MOVING @ the blue line interference call. (Where he was run into, and where he has the right by the rulebook to hold that position.) And the Lehkonen very late interference call, that former player Adam Foote said, β€œshouldn’t have been called, and he should have let them play.”

  5. I am still pissed at the refs for calling back the goal at 4:00. How could they NOT SEE Garland being pushed into the goalie? The refs did all they could to hang a loss on the Canucks. The call on Miller was total BS. I can't believe they call that yet guys are getting cross checked in the back a dozen times every game!

  6. Colorado losing 2 of top-4 forwards, has a huge effect. on PP, on depth not just scoring per se but top players getting exhausted, and finally not better than depth of 27 teams. It's interesting for Canucks that Mykiev and Bear stood out, maybe a huge effect in the opposite direction.
