Honestly, I think you’d be better off using your fists.
Grime’s developers, Cloverbite, reached out to me for one last hurrah, giving me a save file that started with the worst weapon in the game. They also gave me the worst armor in the game (or is it the best?), and then dared me to beat the final DLC boss in NG+.
Can you beat Grime with a broken sword and no armor?
I guess only time will tell.

The changes in NG+ are interesting, I don't think I've seen something so thoroughly different since Castlevania SotN (I'm aware it's not exactly NG+ in SotN, but still)

Going from 5 damage to 6 isn't bad, that's 20%, amounting to 1 extra hit worth of damage every 5 hits. Objectively, quite good. Subjectively, still crap 😛

You reach the top, and realise that your single minded pursuit of strength has left you beyond challengers. So what then? Leave the mountain, and climb a new one. I saw Lobos playing this game at launch and picked it up on a whim, but didn't stick with it long before something else caught my interest. This video has convinced me to give the game another go.

also watching him play this feels like the saying "you never forget how to ride a bike", or in my case. never forget how to play smash bros brawl (casually destroyed a coworker all night one night after not touching the game or a gamecube controller in a good 5+ years)
