the drought and global warming is bull —-i live in the mountains out of redding—33 inches last year —-no drought and they are dumping the water out
with the flooding maybe the incompetant water did some thing right—-but the farmers got no water when they dumped it into the ocean
We got our fair share here in the UK as well ( in London max cold is 0 or extreme cold is -1C, and in December it was -7C and -8C and up north and still is snow and -13C

I am Glad your reservoirs are filling at long last, but flooding is the worst. I live in Lismore NSW Australia and in February this year, my place along with thousands of others was turned into an unlivable trash heap by biohazard waste flood water, that went two feet over the roof for fifteen hours, so I feel for you
