You mentioned your slab has been down for approximately 1 1/2 years. Hopefully you put in a few drains?
Hang base cabinets on the wall with a countertop (butcherblock) for work space. Leave the floor area under them open for storage and easy to clean the shop. Slat wall above that for as high as you can reach. Short cabints above that for whatever you dont need as often. Steel shelving units for the rest of your storage

Shop is going to be nice I like the pre formed walls. I would definitely have some air hose reels and power cord hose reels at the ceiling, keeps from having extension cords on the ground . And a big ass fan to move that Heat out of the shop

Man I bought 10 acres in the country. Fixing the dig me a pond and build Barn dominion and someone bought property around me. And now they're going to put in rental trailers all around me. Now I got to sell and move farther away and start all over!😢
