When someone apologize wholeheartedly we should learn to forgive & move forward.
Again we should learn to look deeper especially in every situation before concluding, most times some character exhibition can be spiritually or health related issues .
BC of the final scene I was thinking this film was meant to emphasize & highlight how shady some men can truly be in the end no matter how you truly try for them and I know women can also be abusive & cheat as well. Although films can't cover everything not enough of Duncan & Amanda's reconciliation was explored so I can't say he has started again, how he owed her, & should have done all he could to make it work. The phone call at the end was clear enough about how things just didn't work but it still took me by so much surprise that I had to listen a couple of times to connect the dots before assuming Duncan was back to cheating. I guess it's about understanding that filmmakers have poetic license & are allowed to be as abstract with story line, pace, and structure as they so please.
