It’s another Champions League Midweek game week , and the Primemutton loves nothing more than a European away game and was on the first available plane to Germany for the game away at Dortmund with an 81000 sell out crowd and it’s famous yellow wall.

  1. Watching football in Dortmund was a real treat , it’s great when you can mingle with and talk to home supporters and go visit the superb range of bars snack outlets and beer gardens dressed in away colours . Even after the game I was able to mingle with Dortmund supporters in a beer garden smack bang outside the ground and discuss the game with them .

Apologies about the sound issues , I’m still learning how to use the new microphones and I ended up using one of them in external noise reduction mode. I’ll get the hang of it soon.

As always I try to bring a match day experience from the point of view of an ordinary fan.

  2. As soon as he put the ball on the spot I knew it was a miss and I'm a toon fan that hardly knows anything about man City team . Baffled me why someone else didn't take the penalty.

  3. Sick of Mahrez, mate. I screamed at the telly when he took the ball. He's done, over the hill. Been useless since about March. City concern me…high standards, sure, but we are not clicking. 3 goalless games in our last 4. Hmmm.

  4. Excellent vlog as usual mutton, love your cultural trips, food and beer looked amazing. I've worked in Germany twice and enjoyed the experience emencely, very friendly people that were happy to mix with us and help us at every opportunity. The chap that was our host said that as we were in the North then that's why the locals were kind to us, he went on to say that he had worked all over Europe and in his experience the people in the North of any country are the best, he's not wrong Is he mutton?
