The Ice Age cover on the Chicken Little bootleg has the same "En Español y English" from your bootleg DVDs of The Simpsons Movie, Cars, and Superman Returns
Stuart Little is a short movie, so deleted scenes/extended footage were added on TV cuts to pad the runtime. Phone Booth (2002) is like this. The TV cuts are most notable for having the Jared Leto scene that is left out of the final film.
I think the reason why you couldn't click on the artsocats menu is because it was recorded by the person who made the dvd, which means that they recorded the menu first and then pressed play to start the movie.
Hey Trevon, I noticed on that Simpsons Bootleg you owned the aspect ratio is squashed to 4:3. Because if you stretch it out to 16:9 the video will look more normal

The Ice Age cover on the Chicken Little bootleg has the same "En Español y English" from your bootleg DVDs of The Simpsons Movie, Cars, and Superman Returns
