Edit: Brother Munro, if you want a DD killer I’d suggest using SAP instead of HE, it’s much deadlier trust me, I learned it in the best ways possible, I’d suggest a DD but you can pick which ever you like!
I don't know what you were expecting, sending the Pobeditel into the teeth of that cruiser squadron, as thinly armored as she was. 😛
War in the Black Sea is interesting, as I was curious how the game was going to handle the Turks' control of the straits.

No idea why you send the DD straight into cruisers instead of bypassing them.
I think a subcaliber Battlecruiser for removal of destroyers and armoured Cruisers could be nice. Some 6 turret 10 inch designs in particular

How do you multi select ships? I haven't had luck and it painfully slow going through each ship to move it to limited, sea control, ect.
Comrade Navy Minister, what was that captain of the Pobeditel thinking, charging right into the teeth of those Japanese capitalist cruisers, and and his ship sunk from under him, without launching torpedoes! He exposed our heavy cruiser to unnecessary damage, too! The people hopes that he is dead, because if he is alive, he must pay for his mistakes by staying in the gulag…permanently!
Really been enjoying the Japan Campaign and wondering. I make a fleet and sail to where the fleet is or intercept their fleet and they never seem to fight. They are in sea control and is there something i'm doing wrong
That happens when you put zero armor on a DD. The committee's next DD design is planned to have 'at least 30mm covering its citadel', to rectify such issues. Maybe it would be worth refitting that class to improve its armor.
Those old CA's are really not half bad in a fight.
