in regards to the banana flavored thing, they actually taste incredibly accurate to bananas. The issue is that the bananas that they taste like stopped existing and got replaced with the ones we have today since they were a monoculture and got eradicated by some sort of infection that spread to all bananas. you can still get them though. They're called Gros Michel, or in english, BIG MIKE. i'd say you should try one, but if you've tasted banana flavored candy you already have pretty much.
