  1. You know this Reminds Me of the Grinch Adaptations, the First One it’s a Classic, the Second One was Controversial(although the Jim Carrey One is a Masterpiece to Me), and the Third One is a Abomination that shouldn’t have Existed as it Ignores All that makes the Original Great, 2019 like the Hellboy Movie that came out the same year is a Bastardizing Mess with so many Problems that the Remake deserves the Boots movie that the last Black Christmas, Merry Christmas to the Andies, their Cats, and Everyone, and have a Happy New Year.

  3. Yep it made the 2006 movie look like a freaking masterpiece in comparison. The 2019 movie definitly deserved the boot and fail. Seriously its misandris or jusr woke messages is the main reason why. Black goo represents toxic masculinity…that is just plain damn stupid! Oh and Merry Christmas!🎄

  4. I went into this movie with low expectations, mainly because I was already annoyed that everyone was calling this a “feminist Black Christmas” because I felt like it discredited just feminist the original Black Christmas was, with its varied and realistic female characters and commentary on police dismissal of women and the topic of abortion. It was plenty feminist for its time and I feel like it stills holds up today. Also, I get the notion of toxic masculinity poisoning men and turning their blood black, but it also seems like it takes away from how men (and others) in real life choose to do these terrible things. It makes them seem like they had no choice in what they were doing, like they were victims as well. I feel like the supernatural element kind of belittles the real things that happen in real life. I wish they had been given more time to work on the script, as well as not had to live up to the original by having the same name.

  5. This remake is to insufferable I mean a movie that push female empowerment to much just to make any kind of guy horrible but woman can be the same way it’s a double standard just wacth the Scream series and you know what I’m talking about

  6. It WAS a diversity hire. I mean it was literally them hiring her to shut people up. You can make arguments about some of these things, but this one is literally what that is, and you get what you pay for.

  7. This is the kind of movie that makes me optimistic and depressed at the same time. On one hand, you say, if these people can succeed, so can I. On the other, it's probably some bullshit about them being friends with an executive producer or something.
