Apparently there is a warrant for nate in liousiana. So I guess he did press charges lol. If you look close though, you can see why nate yoked him up. He has his hands up walking towards nate, nate moves to the left and then whatever scuffle was happening next to them pushed Logans double into nate. And that's when nate yoked him up. So dude did it to him self. Should have just left nate alone. He was the only one even trying to have any interaction with nate lol. Everyone else was doing something else. Nate wasn't even fighting with anyone and dude walks up to him with his hands up getting closer and closer. Nate was ignoring him until that little scuffle on the side pushed dude into nate. Also just because someone has their hands up, doesn't mean they aren't a threat. Especially if they keep inching towards you. This dude should have left nate alone completely.

I kind of agree and disagree., fighters have always encounter someone trying to push their buttons. Now thanks to all these youtube boxers they are all trying to jump in a real sport and I mean boxing. I thought Diaz was smart enough to just put him to sleep and not destroy the kid, cuz right after that he was in IG saying how he is going to kick his ass!
There used to be a level of respect in the sport, now everybody is a boxer, until they encounter one and not saying Diaz is a boxer… could have been way worst cuz Diaz is MMA which is pretty much street fighting with more skills.

something else that nobody is talking about in Nate's defense is that once he knew the clown was asleep he GENTLY lowered him to the ground .. didnt throw him off .. didnt let him drop .. no he calmly and safely lowered him to the floor .. Diaz should be commended on his actions
Yo Rodney Peterson is the Logan Paul look a like? What are the odds of that? A clout chasing look alike and his crew try’s brawling Nate sounds about right. Rodney knows Nate won’t back down and in the videos it’s obvious Rodney is pressing Nate against the wall. Nate even shows his hands open warning him to back up. Nate just made self defense look easy.
I mean, if you don’t wanna fight then back up. Don’t put your hands up and keep walking forward.
Nate is a real man
If he decides to sue Nate he has a very good case. He didn't attack Nate. He didn't approach him aggressively. He had his palms out in a passive position, clearly trying to calm Nate down and defuse the situation. Nate attacked him. That's not self-defense in the eyes of the law. He would need to show proof that man was going to attack him or potentially. You do this either by waiting for them to attack you, verbal threats, or aggressive body language. Those are some of the most common ways to prove self defense. None of that was shown here. You can't say "he got too close" because this sets a bad precedent, now that gives you an excuse to attack pretty much anyone any time you like. So that won't hold up well in court.
Everywhere Nate shit is always going down. Is everyone wrong or is it him? He gets into more fights than everyone else on the UFC roster put together. He's always the common denominator. He even almost got into a scuffle with Brendan Schaub for a difference in opinions and immediately insulted him. Brendan is a terrible comedian and isn't the best person ever but shit, Nate constantly goes after people.
