A cargo ship carrying many wanted criminals is extradited back to Korea, but a hidden room in the cabin contains Japanese-modified Biochemical humans from 1943. as the wanted criminals escape, there is a bloody battle with the police in the cabin. The Biochemical humans are awakened, and a massacre by Biochemical humans is kicked off.
