Bill Maher, HBO "Real Time with Bill Maher" | Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson

Former host of “Politically Incorrect,” comedian, actor, and political commentator Bill Maher sat down in the #Hotboxin studio with Mike Tyson and co-host Sebastian Joseph-Day. In this episode, the trio debated: God/religion, the Black Lives Matter movement, police brutality, gun control, and transgender athletes in sports. Mike also talks about having sex with his GED teacher in prison, and Bill explains why he’ll never get married. You do not want to miss this episode.

  1. Mahers understanding of the history of Christianity and the Bible exposes himself as having absolutely no idea what hes talking about. Slavery in the old testament was a type of indentured servitude and only lasted 7 years at most. It was a type of punishment for criminals very often. The new testament speaks about slavery as a fact of life back then but specifically says in Gods eyes we are all equal, it in no way condones it. Also, it is totally untrue that there were tons of Jesus stories before he existed, this became popular in the 1800s by German professors to take Christian elements and make ancient pagan religions more Christian looking. Its all nonsense.

  2. Bill Maher is a God hater & he knows it! His a child of the devil. If you can't see this pray for discernment. When he takes his last breath he will be in for a rude awakening. Get right with God Bill or get left! Psalms 14 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

  3. Bill Mahr is very logical but is also extremely snarky and dense. For example, it’s true music doesn’t solve problems directly. But to dismiss its contribution is short sighted. Music passively solves problems by bringing awareness to issues in society that helps solve those problems. I also had a issue when he got defensive when Mike Tyson asked “why, not?” Where Bill replied in return, “why not lol, I think the better question to ask is why?” Like I get the semantics, but dude needs better social skills if he wants to cross the boundaries of various social circles. It just makes him not likable.

  4. I like Mike BUT he needs to study the History of certain subjects that he seems to not want to believe . Sorry Mike if you read this BUT The Kennedys and Marilyn subject is FACT known proved by many of the inner circle and the Kennedy's are in no way the angels of political history. Their beginnings to the present are built on smoke and mirrors. Research as it's all been KNOWN. And Bill like George Carlin have always told the Truth which for some crazy reason many don't want to accept.

  5. Ok, Bill Maher has some big balls he takes on Jesus (eventually he’ll get neutered there in Hades with Satan but I digress), he takes on Islam and that’s major gigantic Earthly big balls given the violence, he has some really big balls to start raising his voice sitting next to Mike Tyson cause those big balls might be used for Tyson punching bags and I know that 💩 would hurt like the hell (the place where Bill is going to be neutered over the Jesus thing u know I mentioned earlier). I love Bill Maher even though I disagree with 45-55% of what he believes. Most of the time he’s funny and he even has a Trump joke that lands. No Trump joke is funny and I have no understanding of why people laugh. They hate the man so much they pretend laugh at the stupidest jokes ever told in the history of comedy. Colbert, Kimmel are the worst moronic Trump jokes ever and Fallon is a nice man who I think likes Trump but has staffers who don’t and he’s Mr Nice guy. People need to get back to being funny and bash Hillary, Trump, Biden who has more comedic material than ever. If they’re concerned picking on an old man who likely is suffering with onset dementia, fine pick on his wife for allowing it and pick on Kamala who seems to be even more lost than him. She seemed pretty smart as a senator tho I don’t agree with her on much most likely (I’m a middle grounder) but she decided to run for President and like handed her brain over to someone cause she has been moronic on every level before an audience even on teleprompter, I actually think Biden does better on teleprompter than her. Maybe she is so scared to say anything afraid to lose the job. If I was her I wouldn’t be cause if she couldn’t score a 25 amendment at the hoops nobody can!

  6. Ive been obsessed with Tyson for a while now and this is first time I’ve seen him with different eyes. Usually he sounds so smart and deep with such great vocabulary but now Im surprised to see in this podcast sometimes he sounds like a child with no well thought out opinions. He relates everything back to himself with no real substance. I’m cringing everytime he talks or tries to debate with Maher who appears to never sacrifice his intelligence just to agree with Tyson. The co-host helps where he can to build some kinda bridge between Maher & Tyson to appear there is any sense going on at all but fails mostly. Interesting pairing and happy to see it but slightly disappointed in Tyson.

  7. I find Mike Tysons engagement of logic, humanity, listening, experience and open minded thoughtfulness such an interesting learning experience. Bill Maher always stuck me as a self important, opinionated, closed minded and hence bigoted wee fandan.

  8. Bill sure did show exactly how ignorant he really has become. He refuses to have faith which is the exact reason why America and the world has gone to crap. He should look at the case for Christ and is genisis history documentary just to get started. I listened to his podcast when Mike was on and he was trying to not believe what Mike was saying about history and it really showed how ignorant he is.. people such as Bill are the ones power and have been in power which give us our current place
