  1. but they are saying the storm is to head straight north in the next day and then will continue heading north east. that’s not good for tampa. don’t stay home thinking all is well.

  2. Can you stress to people that it’s not just water – there is deadly debris in the surge and flood waters traveling with great force. Small and large debris, cars, trucks, house siding, rocks, boulders.
This was years ago, but here in Cayman after Matthew we had boulders the size of washing machines piled up at our door…

  4. My guy, I'd be careful with saying "This will be nothing." about Tampa surge cuz you're going to cause people to not leave who should. People like my disabled Uncle in a trailer in Zone B.

  5. PRAYING for everyone in the path of this monster. (My parents are in Sebring … aunt and uncle in Sebastian). It's crazy that this has the potential to remain a cat 1, possible cat 2, as it travels across the state. 😯

  8. This reporting is laughable . It's like who cares about the other cities as long as Tampa is saved. This reporter seems to imply if Milton impacts Sarasota, millions in Tampa will be saved. And what about those in Sarasota, should we care about them?
