  1. We just got back from a week at Disneyworld, it was Horrible I have been going to Disneyworld and Disneyland for over 50 years, it was so overpriced and over crowded it was not enjoyable, I don’t think I will ever go back. Cast members were upset and talking bad about guests, there was trash on rides and in que lines. We had a terrible time from check in at Port Orleans Riverside were they had our group on different sides of a very large resort even though we booked together back in February, there is no more Disney Magic They are all about profits, good luck and goodbye forever Disney …….

  2. I think one thing that bothers me about this video is that the changes are NO LONGER FORCED! Disney needed to do this during the pandemic. But guess what… we're no longer in the pandemic! Youre just excusing disney instead of keeping them honest. They're basically just screwing over visitors by charging them more, but providing a worse experience and less services.

  3. Given that used car salesman Chapek announced he was freezing hiring and laying people off (just before he was thankfully fired), I don't think they'll be hiring people back any time soon.

  4. They do not need the park reservation system to know
who enters which parks and when. That’s a great big lie.
When your electronic ticket that was specifically connected to your name was scanned at the entrance to any park, they knew.

And the contactless security screening was in place before the pandemic- I remember it rolling out at Hollywood Studios.

  5. I'd be willing to bet that if asked, the vast majority of park goers would rather have the old fast pass system back and do away with Genie+ or any other system used to FORCE them to submit to a Disney schedule. Gone are the days of just throwing a spontaneous daily plan together and going! Due to greed, Disney has taken spontaneity and fun out of the equation and replaced it with rigid schedules, appointments/reservations with more and more FEES and less perks. There's a lot of truth to the old saying, "if it aint broke, don't fix it"! Pandemic or not, Disney has lost their magic and replaced it with greed!

  6. Disney got into the streaming game much too late. Disney is getting beat up in an overcrowded streaming business. On top of that Chapek decided to get Disney into a political scrap because of a handful of employees that don’t even live in the state of Florida. Stop blaming the pandemic, the parks are making a fortune. The movies and streaming are losing it. Sink all of that extra money you are making from the price hikes into wages instead of the failure streaming service and your employee problems will go away.

  7. I would be okay with Genie+ if there wasn’t a scheduled aspect to when i can go on rides and they didn’t make me pay MORE to ride the new rides that they know we want to ride. If it was an added payment option but i had free reign to ride what i want when i want then it would make the insult of paying for it a little more bearable.

  8. It’s not just that the lightning lanes are no longer free, it’s the stress of having to get them at 7 am the day of your trip *each day*. Fast passes were better because you could get them months in advance, and they gave you more control over the time frames. I missed one of my lightening lanes due to the fact that it overlapped with another one on the other side of the park (Rise of the Resistance Vs. Tower of Terror). I did not have the option to change the times of these Lightning lanes, or at least I couldn’t figure out how without giving one up and losing it. Lightning lanes are horrible.
