I hate to have to contribute more of our funds onto the world stage that Europe should themselves have been taking care of their own bad neighbor, but not helping will set a precedent for others in the world to take what is not theirs. China would be more likely to take Taiwan, maybe even Israel hauling off and taking out the Palestinians, other countries like Myanmar destroying their own peoples right to govern themselves and not be overrun and brutalized by their own military or police. Ukraine was not created as a state by Russian, they declared INDEPENDENCE from your tyrannical rule on the backs of hard working, hard loving, and respectable former Russians. They despise what you have done to the Kremlin and what those people did to evolve passed a fascist version of Communism. Separate from your shadow democracy by the former KGB and its despicable errand boy Putin. The foundations of civilization rumble and quake in rage over your audacity and hatred. We aren't seeking to end Russia directly, Russia's government has failed them, and spells its doom if it doesn't right their course. They should rise up against their government and reform.
Sidenote, what a great speech! I really hope the world can find a way forward together and us here in the US. No Republican in our current spectrum could have stomached SAYING or BELIEVING in what he said! Maybe Adam Kinzinger. Say what you like and agree with what you like of their administrations efforts against the current of GOP absolutism and resistance, this is what the POTUS should sound like. Not like the orange blip that needs to go away.
