I hope you can find the owners of the dog. Not their fault, I guess they literally had to run for their lives and was unable to grab anything possible.
I love a fluffy dog like him. How i wish i could adopt him. He was well cared for before everything change. We cannot judge as this is war. Terrible things happen. His owner was forced to fight as usually men of a certain age have no choice, they have to fight.
This is a little unfair . People are fleeing for their lives and need to save their children. Sadly, leaving their pets behind is a terrible consequence of those deperate actions…not fair to say they are "abandoning" their pets.
