Best & Worst Exercises for Quads (What to Add and What to Cut Out)

And here we go!! My favorite quad exercise vs the one that simply will not grow you quads. This may seem pretty obvious in terms of form and execution, but sadly I don’t think most guys and girls understand the premise of knee flexion.

They simply squat from A to B with little thought to torso position and where the knee tracks in relation to the toes.

So add the hack and cut the hip hinge squat, take sets to the death and watch your quads become a strength.

  1. I reverse band hacks due to my old man knees and years of training. Burns me up watching 20 year old kids doing it when they don’t know why.. or they use it as an ego boost. Get strong in the exercise first, instead of always looking for a shortcut 🙌🏻
