  1. Archived emails exit your inbox and go to the “All Mail” section of Gmail. These emails also appear in their corresponding label section if you have added them to any. Any archived email will return to the inbox if the email thread receives a new response.

  2. Hey Kevin, loved your video, thanks for sharing!

Quick question: when someone gives you a new task over the phone or in a face-to-face chat, how do you handle it? Do you email the details to yourself and then follow this method, or do you have a different way of dealing with those actions?

  4. OK so i have already been using the default set up with Categories:promotions, socials, updates and forums. Are you saying these don't need to be used? Can these categories be deleted? To access these is not that productive and it is unknow if emails are going into these categories. Can /should all emails go into the inbox? Is this a good idea? I really like you idea of the folders and the right sidebar makes it easier to read and assort the emails. I am just confused where or how the other default categories come into this as said earlier. can you help to clarify this please. Thanks for sharing. Al

  7. I am new to Google Mail (I have been stuck in Outllok since Noah landed the Ark), but is it me? This simply tells us how to MANUALLY sort emails into buckets, i.e. zero automation. It might be me, so I thought I'd ask!!

  8. Question: When the label is removed from the email at 7:04, it no longer shows up in Follow-up Category or Inbox. Why is it not showing back up in Inbox and where is it in case we need to reference back to it?
