Cop 101, lie, threaten and intimidate. Most people will comply. Can't quote a statute, code or law when detaining someone. Constitution is the law above all else. Every cop should be required to carry a card with at LEAST three 1st 5 amendments on it to refer to.

The guy trying to make his point in front of a high-school should pick better places to 'audit'. The officers shouldn't stay engaged with him, but they have to follow up from the dispatch call. They're not available to protect students while standing at the road. Just pick better places, bro, those are kids at school, and the officers are there to protect them. You're just distracting school security officers. Imagine how that could be a problem if something bad happens, in the school, while they're at the road with you.
2nd video – We can never know if the cops are really that UNEDUCATED about the difference between public and private property, and how ALL airspace (according to case law) is PUBLIC space. Some of it is RESTRICTED space. But these lazy cops ideas of how to investigate a crime is to ask people to incriminate themselves so they don't have to do any ACTUAL WORK.
