BEMIDJI, MN (iNewZ.TV) A jury has found Clyde Reyes Junior of Bemidji, Minnesota guilty of 3rd Degree Murder in the January 2022 overdose death of a woman. Sentencing is scheduled for July 27th.

the 'and/or' parts of sentencing is troublesome – sounds like a deal could be made to pay $40,000 & evade a 25 yr. jail term. so, someone could KILL people with drugs, then get out of it by paying a fine with money made by dealing lethal drugs. this needs to get fixed!!!
Nobody should ever be held responsible for somebody else’s decision to use drugs. That is so pathetic. If you wake up and choose to do drugs, you’re responsible for yourself.
