YUHHH Chicken hearts!!! Got introduced to them by a girlfriend long ago (who is Hmong) and I've been freakin addicted ever since. Yakitori style is perfect for them.
Yakitori sauce is incredible, so i was excited to see your recipe, but the exact amounts are not in the description? Or am i missing something?

I just bought a wagyu rib cap lifter and i have no idea how to cook it to its potential. Sources say dont smoke it, so what could i do with it? Grinding is out of the question.
