  1. We're fortunate that the Germans chose to keep meticulous records of their atrocities. The same cannot be said of most other war criminals. Japan, for example, had their own concentration camp system (including the infamous Unit 731) but didn't keep as good a record. Unit 731 in particular attempted to burn down the entire facility before the Soviets could liberate it.

Those who try to hide what they've done know damn well that they've done wrong. Curse the Axis! Never Forget.

  3. Thank you for sharing the resources you use. I love to share history, and hope to teach it myself one day, and getting to see the work and resources needed to do justice to day-by-day social history is inspiring. Thank you for all that you and the team do.

  4. I have to wonder, have you ever ran into trouble because people misunderstood why you access so many documents on these topics? I have heard of scholars in North America get briefly flagged as threats for similar research.

  5. My first thought was "cool! What a neat peek into the background of how the videos are made". My second thought was why exclamation like this would be necessary, and it made me a little sad.

  6. I am awed by all the important work you have done. I pray and hope the younger generations understand and learn from what the Nazis and Japanese did concerning war crimes in WW2.

  7. Hope you're doing ok, Sparty – it's tough reading so much of that dark content. Please ensure you're receiving sufficient sunlight and Vitamin D (it's a strong anti-depressant). You're a true army hero 🙂
