9 June 2022, 3.01pm to 3.21pm. Journey began at 3.08pm. Onboard Hyundai Rotem Set 213 bound for Kwasa Damansara. Good memories and am so grateful to be given the chance for a glamorous preview experience. As a rail enthusiast, it means a lot to me to be appreciated at such events. Here is my point of view (POV) of what I enjoy filming (in this video). Thank you again @KVMRTMalaysia. Also shoutout to @jy221series4 @bigbeannautilus6294 @VenniisaSays @CameronKang91 @jun_suzuki42 @CityRails

Note 1: Train run number was 008
Note 2: At times the motor sound maybe quieter as I was not in a motor carriage or near the motor.

Other than the ride, we were toured around the bus terminal as well so we managed to see T109 feeder bus at Sri Damansara Sentral.

Comments:
1) I like the harmonious interior (as a colour deficient person) but others agree too. The interior also feels like an IKEA showroom.
2) The braking of the trains are strong and precise which almost equates to single-step braking.
3) I’m not very keen on the swing door toilet concept. More potential for injuries. Though a good thing is privacy.
4) The surau has a serene environment (yes we were toured around the whole station).
5) The benches, while cute, were too underwhelming because there should be more seats available.
6) From my estimation, frequency will be every 5 minutes during peak hours, and 8 off peak. In the future, I really hope more trains are ordered to increase frequency.
7) The ticket barriers are SO responsive. I think I no longer have to worry that the card did not register my entry. Yes, I had a bad experience where I was accused of not paying when it was the ticket barrier’s fault.
8) The information display on the trains are very responsive. As soon as the door closes the display changes. The doors not opening is also significant enough. The longer dwell times are also well noted with a big PAUSE icon instead of scrambled random texts.
9) The analogue clock on the station display is probably one of the highlights for me.
10) The trainset numbers are displayed in a “rail enthusiast friendly” manner aboveground. They are higher up. These fonts are also bigger in size and authentic.
11) COUNTDOWN TIMER above the doors before the train departs. I just hope this feature has good maintenance.
12) The announcements are not that well synced though, and feels slow.
13) Trainspeed…I have to use a speedometer once the line opens first.
14) Sri Damansara Sentral is probably one of the stations where I don’t have to climb up many stairs to get up to the platforms (at least is only one time, ground level to platforms).
15) The stations look slightly more futureproof for platform extension.
16) The trains are so soundproof!
17) When raining, the stations are sheltered and not loud, so less cleaning needed.
